Assignment
When transferring a project between the realization and the exploitation phase, the executing party wants to gain insight into the scope and risks of this takeover (remaining term in years). They want to do this by having the BIM data verified, with the aim of having a reliable file that can, among other things, serve as input for an MJOB (or technical due diligence).
Execution:
The project was implemented as a total package, with Beecot supplying the software and also doing the recording. The model is positioned over reality using AR and deviations are recorded using BCF issues.
Result:
- Avoided budget shortfall for the exploitation phase amounting to a multiple of the validation costs
- Annual license so that administrators can quickly consult the BIM data and create issues if deviations are found
Compact BCF input for the modelers to enrich the BIM data. - Annual license so that administrators can quickly consult the BIM data and create issues if deviations are found
